Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dash to Mats LLC ("we," "Danny," or "the service") and any bookings made through our website at dannysdetailing.com. By creating an account or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Dash to Mats LLC is a mobile auto detailing business operated by a minor in Great Falls, Montana, under parental supervision.

2. Service Area

We currently provide mobile interior detailing services within approximately 10 miles of downtown Great Falls, MT 59401. Bookings outside this area will not be accepted. Service area may expand in the future.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through our website is a request only — it is not a confirmed appointment. Danny will review each request and confirm or decline availability within 24 hours.

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Danny. At that point, a date, time, and payment link will be provided.

4. Payment

No payment is collected at the time of booking. Payment is due only after Danny confirms your appointment. A payment link will be sent via email upon confirmation.

Prices displayed on the website are estimates based on vehicle type and selected service. Final pricing is confirmed at booking confirmation. Prices may be adjusted if the vehicle type or condition differs significantly from what was submitted.

Founding customer pricing (current rates) is honored through December 1, 2026, for customers who complete their first booking before that date.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

By you (the customer)

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking at any time before Danny arrives. Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

Danny reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to weather, illness, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond his control. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Your Responsibilities

Before Danny arrives, you agree to:

  • Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and important documents from the vehicle and place them in a bag on the front seat or take them with you.
  • Clear the trunk of any stored items so Danny can clean it properly.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the provided service address at the scheduled time.
  • Provide accurate vehicle type information. Misrepresenting your vehicle size may result in a price adjustment or cancellation.
  • Disclose any known damage, sensitivities, or special conditions before the appointment.

7. Personal Property

Dash to Mats LLC is not responsible for any personal property left inside the vehicle during service. Please remove all valuables, cash, electronics, and important documents before your appointment. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge this responsibility.

8. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Danny will take reasonable professional care while servicing your vehicle. However, Dash to Mats LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, stains, or wear that is present before service begins.
  • Damage caused by materials or surfaces that are already compromised, deteriorated, or fragile.
  • Stains or odors that cannot be fully removed despite reasonable effort.
  • Items left in the vehicle during service.

Danny will photograph the vehicle before and after each service. If you believe damage occurred during service, please contact us within 24 hours with documentation.

9. Results & Guarantees

We strive for excellent results on every vehicle. However, results vary based on vehicle condition, age of stains, fabric type, and other factors. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or soiling. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact Danny directly within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.

10. Photos & Portfolio

Danny may photograph your vehicle's interior before and after service for quality tracking and portfolio purposes. By booking a service, you consent to these photos being used for Danny's professional portfolio (social media, website, etc.), unless you explicitly opt out in writing before your appointment.

11. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Dash to Mats LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the booking system.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or booking system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cascade County, Montana.
