When you request a booking, we collect your service address, vehicle information (year, make, model, color, size, license plate), preferred date and time, access instructions, and any additional notes you provide.
Photos
You may optionally upload photos of your vehicle when booking. Danny may also photograph your vehicle before and after service for quality and portfolio purposes.
Payment information
Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Usage data
We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and browser type through our hosting infrastructure. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

We use the information we collect to:
- Process and manage your booking requests
- Communicate with you about appointments, confirmations, and invoices
- Send booking confirmation emails with service details and preparation instructions
- Maintain records of your service history and saved vehicles and addresses
